2. Batch content
When you are doing a task, multiply the output:
- Write two scripts
- Write 10 ideas for shorts
- Edit two videos
- Design 3 thumbnails, and so on.
Switching between tasks burns that precious brain fuel, so avoid jumping from one thing to another.
Plan ahead to do more at once.
3. Protect your focus!
Energy, creativity and focus are ruined with distractions.
- Set your computer and phone in Do not Disturb mode.
- Close tabs from your browser.
- Close your door, wear headphones – whatever helps you isolate the exterior.
- Set a timer for 60 minutes to finish the task at hand.
- Let others know you need to focus.
- Drink water.
- Skip all the “I’ll just check this and that before starting”.
