The North Star Fleet has currently 5 public ranks:

1. Cadet Recruit – Any starter course
2. Flight Cadet – 30-Day YouTube challenge
3. Systems Engineer – 1:1 Lead Engine Program
4. North Star Pilot – 1:1 3-month NSP Program
5. Star Navigator – only by invitation

Each rank is reached by completing successfully each of the programs in the curriculum.

The ranking for Fleet members follows the rank, subscribers and total views. 

Each member can request a public QR Certificate they can link to. Each public profile will show the rank, medals and badges the member has collected.
