TIPS: The foundation for more views
Topic
Pick a topic / keyword that has a big audience to have a better chance to get more views. Use Google Trends and VidIQ to find data.
Idea
What people are searching for? Write a list of questions you can answer and create videos to find your target audience and get views.
Packacing
Make your title and thumbnail so obvious that your viewers instantly understand that you are offering a solution to the problem they have.
Script
Write the script like this:
1- Ask a relevant question & Call out your target audience
2- Promise to your viewers to solve their problem
3- Introduce yourself and your channel because they don’t know you
4- Deliver the value in 3 steps
+ Keep people watching by asking them to watch another at the end-screen.
#2 - Creation
SET: Make your video as good as possible
Set
Focus on getting the sound right first! People can watch a blurry video, but won’t listen to a tinny voice.
Then, set the camera and lights to capture good quality.
Expression
Accept how you look and sound, because everyone around already see you like that anyway.
Then, after making 10 videos, start improving your body language and intonation to hone your delivery & lift up your energy.
Take
HIT RECORD! If you want to build a channel, each video is like adding a piece to that puzzle.
It takes time to become fluent and comfortable, but you’ll get there faster the more videos you make. Shoot the clip, check it and move on! It’s GOOD ENOUGH.
#3 - Delivery

Edit
Bring the file over to your editor. I’m using Gling AI to save time by automatically cutting out bad takes and pauses.
Then, I finish the process in DaVinci Resolve. Check my channel to find some video editing tutorials.
Design
This is the final step that has a HUGE EFFECT how many views your video will get.
Design and craft a thumbnail and title that would make you click! Use well-performing videos from your competitors as inspiration and reference.

Add cards, end-screen & publish the the video!
